We named it “The Stars” as part of our Tarot Card Series. And as only the discoverer of Sparkling, Dom Perignon could exclaim, “Come quickly, I am tasting stars!”

TASTING NOTES

This juicy lip smacking sparkler displays flavours of Granny Smith Apple, lemon, fresh orchard pear and peach. If held in the mouth, a smooth texture of petite bubbles winds their way around your tongue.

A medium body, off dry, sparkling wine with low alcohol will pair exceptionally well with Chinese, Indian, Thai, Mexican, or other spicy cuisines besides fish, pork, chicken and green salads.
