Eddie Shack, four time Stanley Cup winner and part of the Maple Leafs last Stanley Cup-winning team in 1967 is excited to present his Chardonnay and Cabernet Merlot produced by Reif Estate Winery.
Winemaker's Notes:
The percentage of the blend is 38% Cabernet Sauvignon, 17.5% Cabernet Franc and 44.5% Merlot. The cuvee was made and aged for 6 months in older French and American oak while undergoing 100% malolactic fermentation.
Tasting Notes:
A medium-bodied wine loaded with black cherry and raspberry flavours. A clean, fruit forward finish rounds out this exceptional medium-bodied red.
Food Pairings:
Grilled meats and vegetables, or Italian style pastas. Veal shanks, firm-fleshed fish in rich tomato sauce and hearty lasagnas.
Shipping charges in Ontario are $30.00 per 12 bottles (case). Reif Estate online orders are available to Ontario addresses only. You must be 19 or older to order and must be available to sign for your order with proper identification.
