WHITE CAT and RED DOG are VQA wines created in support of the Ontario Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (OSPCA) and Therapy Tails Niagara. Wine for Animal Lovers.
Winemaker's Notes:
Fruit came in clean and ripe and it was pressed immediately. Juice was clarified using flotation technology and a selected yeast strain was used. For our Steel Chardonnay a cold ferment is used to maintain a crisp acidity and fruitiness. Fermentation was completed in 10 days and no malolactic fermentation was done on this wine.
Tasting Notes:
With fresh citrus notes on the nose, this bright, crisp Chardonnay is ripe with flavours of lemon, pineapple and apple.
Food Pairings:
Roast Chicken, Scallop and Shrimp dishes, pasta primavera and creamy, mild cheeses.
Shipping charges in Ontario are $30.00 per 12 bottles (case). Reif Estate online orders are available to Ontario addresses only. You must be 19 or older to order and must be available to sign for your order with proper identification. Wine cannot legally be left without a signature, therefore we strongly recommend delivery to a work address. If you are for any reason dissatisfied with one of our products, please contact us.
